September 5, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Application traffic management solutions provider Zeus Technology (zeus.com) announced on Tuesday it has signed networking solutions provider DocuTech (docutech.com) as its latest channel partner.
DocuTech will now offer Zeus’ flagship Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager. The solution is available for use on a range of platforms that includes Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD and Microsoft. It is also available as a VMware certified virtual appliance. DocuTech will also offer Zeus’ latest product, ZXTM Global Load Balancer.
“The fact that ZXTM VA is the only traffic management solution available as a virtual appliance means that it’s very important for us to find partners who understand the unique advantages and challenges of virtualized environments,” says Paul Brennan, chairman of Zeus Technology. “We’re very pleased to be working with DocuTech and their expert team of networking product specialists.”
Zeus Technology develops application traffic management software, designed to enhance network and Web-enabled applications by making them run faster, more reliably and more securely .
The company announced last month it partnered with Abtech Systems, which offers customized IT solutions and specializes in platform migrations between Windows, Linux, Novell & Unix environments.
