Yankee Group Acquired From Reuters

May 14, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Monitor Clipper Partners (montiorclipper.com) and a group of private investors have acquired the Yankee Group (yankeegroup.com) from Reuters, the company said on Thursday. Founded in 1970, the Yankee Group is a research technology advisory firm. The firm said the acquisition allows it to reaffirm its leadership role in communications and networking research.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
