November 3, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Equinix (equinix.com), a provider of network-neutral data centers, said on Monday that Yahoo! (yahoo.com) has signed an expanded multi-year agreement to host its IT operations within Equinix’s Internet Business Exchange Centers (IBX).

Under the agreement, Yahoo! will continue to host portions of its IT operations with Equinix.

Equinix operates 14 IBX centers in five countries. Yahoo!’s network of Web sites includes 25 properties and is available in 13 languages.
