The Louisville, Kentucky-based company also announced that it has signed three major clients in the first quarter of the year, including a disaster recovery contract with Appriss, a provider of communication solutions for businesses and government agencies. The deal was signed last month and no financial terms were disclosed.

Under the deal, Xodiax will replicate Appriss’ primary site and host the data at its IDC facility.

Esterle said in the report that he expects to close several other deals in the next two months as the company begins to target more “traditional” companies for its disaster recovery and data protection services.
