(AMS.com) announced on Wednesday that it is supporting broadband communications provider XO Communications (XO.com) with a customer loyalty program to improve the company’s retention efforts for small business customers.

AMS says the company’s experts are working with XO to generate an improved understanding of customer-level profiles and drive targeted loyalty action to improve customer satisfaction. AMS says the project will provide XO with a deeper understanding of customer needs and enable it to provide customized support.

“Through analysis and segmentation, AMS is enabling us to truly get granular with our clients, their wishes and concerns,” said Nancy Gofus, executive vice president of marketing and customer care at XO Communications. “By implementing programs and modeling applications, we are better equipped to address customer satisfaction and increase our customer care and retention.”
