(XO.com) announced on Tuesday that it has unveiled a suite of programs designed to provide XO customers with enhanced flexibility and options.

The company says it will provide several promotional offers, including flexible short-term arrangements, limited waivers of early termination charges and, in certain cases, up to six months of free service. XO says the promotional plans are an effort to meet business customers? telecommunication needs in the current environment.

XO says it has established a new telephone hotline, designed specifically to address customer questions about the company?s services, or possible new customer relationships, during the period of uncertainty.

According to the company, although the parent holding company XO Communications Inc. is currently in Chapter 11 proceedings, the service provider and operating units of the company are conducting business as usual.
