Serving banking, trust, insurance and consumer finance customers through community banking affiliates and other financial services companies, the Florida-based F.N.B. Corp. has full-service offices located in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee.

Through an outsourcing agreement with WorldCom (worldcom.com), F.N.B. Corporation will consolidate the hosting and management of more than 20 financial services Web sites. WorldCom will reduce F.N.B.’s total cost of Web operations by eliminating the capital expenditures of an in-house hosting management strategy. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
