January 31, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Digital communications software and services provider Critical Path Inc. (criticalpath.net) said yesterday that Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA, Italy’s largest Internet Service Provider, had extended its relationship with Critical Path to allow it to support up to 20 million mailboxes and user profiles.

Critical Path said Wind would implement Critical Path’s Notification Server to alert subscribers to new issues of its customer newsletter.

“The new agreement with Wind reaffirms an existing partnership and demonstrates Critical Path’s growing competitiveness and constant commitment to supplying increasingly complete, flexible messaging solutions,” said Mario Bobba, vice president of Critical Path for Southern Europe.
