August 3, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – Web hosting control panel provider WebHost Automation (webhostautomation.com) announced on Thursday it has released a new module that enables Web hosts to offer Microsoft Exchange hosting services via a third party. By partnering with Microsoft’s Hosted Exchange reseller groupSPARK (groupspark.com), and developing a support module to facilitate the process, Helm users will no longer need to have their own servers or pay expensive licensing fees. As the Hosted Exchange markets grow at an unprecedented rate, WebHost Automation decided to produce a module that will be freely available for use with Helm, and operate through a third party to maximize benefit while minimizing any additional workload for the hosts themselves. Customers can sign up with groupSPARK to use the system on the WebHost Automation site and become resellers of groupSPARK, paying $8 per user per month for hosted Microsoft Exchange services, while being able to set their own resell charges for their customers. ”Helm has not previously offered support for Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server, something that our customers have been seeking a solution to for some time,” says Mark Hall, founder and COO of WebHost Automation. “We believe that we have found a truly beneficial way for them to provide hosted Microsoft Exchange. By facilitating use of Microsoft Exchange via groupSPARK, hosted Microsoft Exchange will make life far easier for hosts by taking the actual management off their hands.” groupSPARK is offering a 30-day no obligation trial from groupSPARK where Web hosts will be able to access the full service to see the full range of benefits it can offer to their customers, and how it eliminates the management needs for themselves. Tne company is also offering a special offer where customers can prepay any amount between $100 and $5000 to receive double that amount in credit.
WebHost Automation announced yesterday it is offering its new FTP server module, FileZilla Server.
