business Internet services, announces the creation and launch of its new

WebCasting Division. In conjunction, WebStream also announces the

appointment of Mr. Crawford Grimsley to the position of vice president of
r

WebCasting Services. Mr. Grimsley is a two-time Heavyweight Boxing Champion
r

and veteran of the WebCasting business.

Mr. Grimsley was responsible for the creation of Boxing Line and ProWebCast,
r

two early leaders in this field. Since partnering with WebStream in 1998,
r

Mr. Grimsley has produced live audience Webcasts for The American Comedy
r

Awards, The Essence Awards, Miss Hawaiian Tropic, Victoria’s Secret, The
r

Cannes Film Festival, The Sundance Film Festival, and many main boxing
r

events worldwide.

In joining WebStream as head of the new division, Mr. Grimsley will be
r

responsible for the creation and integration of business-to-business WebCast
r

services with WebStream’s existing applications and services. WebCasting
r

services that WebStream is now offering are video hosting and encoding, live
r

WebCasting, online training, online seminars and video conferencing. All
r

services are available through WebStream’s multi-media collaboration tool,
r

or WebPlayer.

WebStream says its WebCast Services provide corporations cost savings by
r

streaming content online as opposed to conventional methods of training
r

employees or communicating with clients and prospects. WebStream’s network
r

is based on an OC-12 fiber redundant backbone provisioned by UUNet with
r

additional gigabit fiber connectivity provided by Yipes Communications.
