Harper says it only makes sense to focus on small businesses to encourage them to adopt e-commerce solutions. “Contrary to popular belief, small businesses are the core of the US economy,” he said. “They employ over 90 percent of all employees and create more jobs than larger corporations and that’s every year, across nearly every segment of the US economy. Larger companies and corporations normally have all the in-house resources needed to conduct business online. Small businesses just don’t have that luxury.”
