Averett will help expand and manage the Webmail.us services and support group, helping to maximize customer service excellence at every level of all customers and resellers. Prior to joining Webmail.us, Kirk was a general manager of operations for Charter Communications regional operations in Southwest Virginia.

Prior to joining Webmail.us, Williams was the director of sales position at Secure Software where he helped expand the company’s channel sales program. Williams was also the channel sales manager at Plesk, a Web hosting automation provider, where he helped his team grow revenues in 82 countries through more than 200 resellers.
