WebCinch Expands Web Hosting Offers
Septebmer 18, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider WebCinch (webcinch.com) announced on Monday it has introduced semi-dedicated Web hosting services.
The new services are hosted on Intel Xeon dual core-based servers and start at $49.99 monthly. The entry-level plan includes 15GB of data storage and 200GB of monthly data transfer, in addition to a suite of developer tools and site management software.
WebCinch says its plans are suited for small to medium sized e-commerce sites, active blogs, forums and other Web sites that rely heavily on data storage and bandwidth. The company says its servers are strictly limited to 30 customers, ensuring reliability and performance.
“We have introduced semi-dedicated as a more robust solution to accommodate customers who have outgrown traditional shared hosting, but are still looking for the ease of use and flexibility that it offers,” says Eric Barbaglia, WebCinch founder. “There’s a phrase that is ingrained in the mind of just about every hosting industry veteran, ‘you get what you pay for,’ and I think industry trends show that customers are increasingly growing wise to the ridiculous pricing models of some of the budget hosts. We compete with service quality, not by engaging in price wars that neither side can win.”
