In the week ending September 9, 2011, Codero launched its new website and is offering a 50 percent lifetime discount on select dedicated servers, FatCow is offering half off web hosting, Fujitsu is offering a cashback promotion on its entry-level servers, iWeb is offering double RAM on selected servers and SoftLayer is offering a $40 monthly credit as part of its WebMatrix promotion.
Web Host Codero Offers 50 Percent Off Dedicated Servers
Web hosting provider Codero (www.codero.com) has a fresh new look and is offering a 50 percent lifetime discount on selected dedicated servers with a 12-month pre-payment. Web Host FatCow Offers Half Off Hosting
Web hosting provider FatCow (www.fatcow.com) is offering more than 50 percent off its hosting packages, starting at $3.97 per month. These packages include numerous freebies and unlimited disk space, bandwidth, POP mailboxes, MySQL databases and domains. FatCow is now powered by 100 percent wind energy, according to its website. Fujitsu Offers Cashback Deal on Basic Servers
Fujitsu (www.fujitsu.com) is offering cashback promotions on Microsoft Reseller Option Kits and its MX130 S1 and TX100 S2 entry level servers. Rebates of up to $320 are available for the kits, and rebates of $80 are available on the servers, according to a press release.
Web Host iWeb Offers Double RAM on Servers
Canadian web hosting provider iWeb (www.iweb.com) is offering selected dedicated servers with double the RAM. The two servers feature 4 GB of RAM, and 1000 and 500 GB of storage, respectively. There are a limited number available. To order, go to its website. The company allows users to double the existing 20TB of bandwidth for $20.
Web Host SoftLayer Offers WebMatrix Customers Promotion
Web hosting provider SoftLayer (www.softlayer.com) is offering for a limited time an introductory promotion for WebMatrix customers. SoftLayer says for the first 1,000 new dedicated servers or CloudLayer instances ordered with any version of Microsoft Windows Server R2 + WebMatrix installed will receive a combine credit of $40 per month for the first six months.
