(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — In the first week of November, a few web hosts are already in the holiday spirit. Web host Codero has launched a prize draw for its Facebook fans, DiscountASP.NET has launched a 15 percent discount on a project management solution, web hosting provider JaguarPC launched its Apple iPad 2 giveaway and domain registrar Nicline has extended its .EU promotion.
Web Host Codero Launches Prize Giveaway
Web hosting provider Codero (www.codero.com) will giveaway prizes starting Friday until December 23, 2011. All of its Facebook fans will be entered into a draw to win different prizes each week including a 32GB iPad2, Wii video game console, Amazon gift cards, a PlayStation Ps3, an Xbox with Kinect, GameStop gift card and iTunes Gift card. Winners will be announced weekly and posted on Codero’s website. Official rules are on its website as well.
Web Host DiscountASP.NET Announces 15 Percent Telerik TeamPulse Discount
Web hosting provider DiscountASP.NET (www.discountasp.net) is offering a 15 percent discount off of Telerik’s (www.telerik.com) TeamPulse project management solution. The offer expires November 30, 2011. The solution is meant to increase software team productivity. TeamPulse is an integrated suite of tools for managing requirements, scheduling release, tracking progress and managing customer feedback. It provides two-way synchronization of requirements and tasks with Microsoft TFS Server 2010.
Web Host JaguarPC Launches iPad2 Giveaway
Web hosting provider JaguarPC (www.jaguarpc.com) is rewarding client referrals with the chance to win an Apple iPad 2. At the end of November JaguarPC will select one affiliate to win the prize. For every referral that an affiliate sends JaguarPC between November 1 and November 30, the affiliate will get one entry into the giveaway.
Domain Registrar Nicline Extends .EU Promotion
ICANN accredited domain registrar Nicline (www.nicline.com) has extended its .EU promotion until November 30, 2011. Its .EU domains are 50 percent off, for $4.
