(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting providers rang in the new year with deals on hosting, e-commerce plans and domains. iPage is offering 60 percent off hosting, Action Web Group is offering 10 percent off hosting and sitebuilder packages for the month of January, Heart Internet has launched its “Try Us for £1″ offer, Blacknight is offering deals on domains and hosting, and web host 1&1 is offering six months free on its eShop plans.
Web Host iPage Offers Hosting for $2.95/Month
Web hosting provider iPage is offering its most popular web hosting package for $2.95 per month, down from $7.95 per month. The package includes unlimited disk space, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited email, a free domain name, free online security anti-virus and anti-spam software. The package also includes WYSIWYG website editor site builder tools and a free online store. Free advertising credits for Google Adwords, Yahoo!, Bing, Facebook, and Yellow Pages Business Listings are included as well. No coupon code is required, according to iPage.
Web Host Action Web Group Offers January Special
Web hosting provider Action Web Group is offering a January special for 10 percent off its hosting and sitebuilder packages. The discount is taken off the total price, and is valid with the coupon code jan2012. Action Web Group says the discount can be applied to its three hosting packages and four of its sitebuilder packages.
Web Host Heart Internet Announces “Try Us for £1″ Offer
Web host Heart Internet is offering new customers choosing its Business Pro account their first month of web hosting for $1.50. The Business Pro package includes access to unlimited web space, bandwidth, MySQL databases and email boxes, as well as the ability to host multiple websites on one account. It comes with a full version of website building software Serif WebPlus X5, an iPhone and Android web hosting control panel and a library of more than 65 one click install web apps including WordPress, Joomla and OpenCart.
Web Host Blacknight Offers Discounted Domains, Hosting
Web host and domain registrar Blacknight is offering .com, .net, .org and .biz registrations beginning at $7.60. It is also offering a 40 percent discount on its Medius/Maximus shared Windows or Linux hosting and 33 percent on all Microsoft SharePoint Services hosting plans, Hosted Exchange Lite, and Blackberry Enterprise Server hosting.
Web Host 1&1 Offers Six Months Free Ecommerce Plans
Web host 1&1 is offering six months free for users who try the Professional eShop and Advanced eShop. A 12 month contract firm is required with a set-up fee. Customers can also take advantage of the 1&1 MyWebsite sitebuilder for free for the first 30 days with a 12 month contract sign-up.
