In the week ending January 4, 2013, there were several web hosting sales and promos to ring in the new year. 34SP.com is offering half off domains during the month of January, Media Temple is slashing hosting plans by 25 percent until Friday night, ProlimeHost is offering 25 percent off hosting, and MochaHost is offering a 50 percent lifetime discount on select hosting packages.
34SP.com Offers 50 Percent Off Domains During January
34SP.com has launched its January sale through which its domains are being offered for half off. The discount applies to all top level domains offered by 34SP.com including .com, .co.uk and .ltd.uk. The special 50 percent off pricing applies to new domain purchases only and reverts to standard pricing upon renewal. The discount excludes renewals or transfers. Each 34SP.com domain name registration includes full DNS control, email forwarding, full domain forwarding, advanced DNS control panel including MX Record Control and more.
Web Host Media Temple Holiday Hosting Sale Expires Friday
Media Temple is offering 25 percent off until January 4, 2013 at 11:59 PM PST, on several hosting packages, including its VPS hosting package. With the discount, the packages start at $15. The one-time offer is valid for new hosting services (gs), (dv) and (ve) products with 1 gigabyte or smaller. Customers can use the promo code “HOLIDAY2012″ online, or when ordering by chat or phone. The discount will be applied to the customer’s first hosting fee.
Web Host ProlimeHost Offers 25 Percent Off Hosting
ProlimeHost launched a 25 percent discount off its hosting packages. While the press release makes reference to a ‘usage coupon’ there does not appear to be a coupon code for the discount. Under ProlimeHost’s deal of the month category, ProlimeHost lists its Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHZ, Core 2 Quad 2.50 GHZ and Core 2 Quad 2.66 GHZ servers with special prices, starting from $119 per month.
Web Host MochaHost Launches 50 Percent Off Lifetime Discount
MochaHost is offering a 50 percent lifetime discount on selected packages. The discount expires on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013. The deal is only available to new customers, and applies to any future package renewals. All of MochaHost’s hosting plans feature unlimited monthly traffic and disk space starting at $1.95 per month. All Linux shared hosting plans are offered with free SEO tools and a free website builder. The unlimited VPS and cloud packages are available with up to 30 percent lifetime discount.
