(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Webvisions (http://webvisions.com) announced on Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Singapore-based Internet services provider Skydio (www.skydio.com). The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Skydio provides a range of services, including data center, managed servers, managed messaging and Web hosting.
This acquisition will add a 6,000-square-foot data center to Webvisions’ Singapore footprint and contribute over $1.9 million to the company’s annual revenue.

With One Host in Asia, Webvisions delivers single-point server management and service agreements throughout the Asia-Pacific.
As one of the largest Web hosting providers in the Asia-Pacific, the Webvisions Group is comprised of Webvisions, the Iconz group, and a strong partner base in multiple China cities. The company has over 100,000 accounts in Asia-Pacific and Oceania.
Webvisions provides a range of hosting services such as virtual servers, colocation and dedicated servers, and managed services.
