(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Webvisions (http://webvisions.com) announced on Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Singapore-based Internet services provider Skydio (www.skydio.com). The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Skydio provides a range of services, including data center, managed servers, managed messaging and Web hosting.
This acquisition will add a 6,000-square-foot data center to Webvisions’ Singapore footprint and contribute over $1.9 million to the company’s annual revenue.
