(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — UK Web hosting company UK2 (www.uk2.net) announced on Tuesday it has launched a business booster service that helps customers drive more traffic to their website and potentially rank higher on search engines.
The announcement comes on the heels of UK2′s recent acquisition of a new data center in London’s Canary Wharf.
The new service is comprised of a Search Engine Submission tool and a Business Directory entry.
The Search Engine Submission tool helps customers submit their website to over 200 search engines worldwide, including Google, Yahoo!, Lycos, AOL and Bing.
Set to launch November 2nd, the Business Directory entry service is designed to give listed websites exposure to the more than 700,000 visitors to UK2 every month. The service will also help customers build inbound links to their website which is useful for search engine optimization.

Customers can pre-order the Business Directory entry on its own for £12.50 or as part of the Business Bundle for £39.95.
The bundle includes the Search Engine Submission tool for one website and the Business Directory entry for a year.
The Search Engine Submission is also available as a standalone product for £39.95 per website.
