(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Tenzing Managed IT Services (www.tenzing.com) announced on Thursday it has launched the Tenzing Partner Program, a new channel support program that lets partners and resellers offer SLA-backed managed hosting services with no capital investment or risk.
The company says the program is designed to provide the support Tenzing partners need in order to expand relationships with end customers, and increase revenues through a compensation plan.
According to the press release, the Tenzing Partner Program offers a full range of services that “support partners in the design and delivery of value-added solutions that help them and their end-clients increase revenues, improve effectiveness, reduce costs, and open new business channels.”
“Our new partner program is among the most comprehensive and competitive on the market today,” says Raj Atwal, vice president of engineering and partner development for Tenzing. “Partners are a key part of our go-to-market strategy and we are fully committed to investing in them as we grow. To that end, we are creating programs that deepen partners’ customer relationships and accelerate their business growth.”
Designed to meet the needs of all partners, the Tenzing Partner Program offers two different partnership levels: Premier and Referral.
The Premier Partner program level is focused on developing collaborative strategies with shared key performance indicators.
Tenzing will work with partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies and initiatives to build awareness of service capabilities and application delivery.
Premier Partner program support includes joint marketing, competitive compensation rates, scheduled strategic reviews and new business development.
Referral Partners can be ecommerce developers, SIs, consultants, or web development shops that want to refer ad-hoc projects or leads to Tenzing as they arise.
