Web Host Spry Re-launches VPSLink
October 20, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Spry Hosting (spry.com) announced on Thursday it has re-launched its brand VPSLink (vpslink.com), designed for Linux power users. The new service offers a revamped look, updated forums and more available plans.
“A world class VPS hosting service, with a superior network, superior hardware, and a friendly, intelligent, lively community of customers,” says Cameron Jones, CEO of Spry.
VPSLink features a custom coded control panel, which enables clients to install up to seven different operating systems. It enables DNS management, OS reinstall, support ticket creation and seamless account upgrades, as well as allows users to install Gentoo, Ubuntu, Debian, Slackware, CentOS, Fedora and OpenSUSE.
VPSLink says it provides budget virtual private server Web hosting solutions from its Seattle, Washington based data center. Its technologies enable users to be isolated inside of their own virtual environment, providing all of the administrative access previously only offered with a traditional dedicated server.
