(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider SKDS Solutions announced on Wednesday that it has acquired hosting service provider CDD Hosting. The terms of acquisition were not disclosed.
CDD Hosting offers a range of services including web hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, and dedicated servers.
The acquisition will enable SKDS to add new services to the product line including Windows hosting, web design and ecommerce application development.
The deal will certainly benefit CDD Hosting and its customers as the company was experiencing service issues and had been receiving a lot of complaints from its customers in the past couple months, according to the press release.
“We intend to build its old reputation and promise to offer the first class service to its customers,” said Amit Anand, managing director of SKDS Solutions. “We are reviewing all the existing tickets and issues raised in past and will act accordingly to fix the things. We will also be revamping the hosting packages to provide better services and support.”
