(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – Web hosting provider SherWeb (www.sherweb.ca) recently announced that its Hosted Exchange 2010 now has 15,000 users. Based in Montreal, SherWeb says it is one of few providers to offer a “thoroughly tested Hosted Exchange 2010 solution.”

SherWeb says that in light of this milestone, it will offer 25 GB of disk space per use to its package at no extra cost.

“We are delighted to see that in the end, our efforts in providing high quality services are paying off by driving a remarkable number of customers towards our business,” Peter Cassar, president and CEO of SherWeb said in a statement. “Furthermore, we are convinced that the number of Exchange 2010 users will keep growing, since many of our Exchange 2007 customers are currently migrating to the 2010 version, or will be in the upcoming months. Altogether, this growing user base will only strengthen our commitment to keep on improving our product.”

In November 2010, SherWeb released its SharePoint Foundation 2010.

“With the market becoming increasingly competitive, we cannot afford to just sell a product as such,” Eric Gauthier, vice president of sales and marketing said in a statement. “For that reason, we put together a technical team of experts who tested the software in depth and developed various bilingual tools to complement the product. That is why it is no surprise that SherWeb stands out in the industry.”

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, SherWeb says it specializes in Exchange 2010, SharePoint Foundation 2010, Dynamics CRM, and Office Communication Server, in addition to web and VPS hosting.

On Tuesday, web hosting provider Hostway announced that it now offers Microsoft Exchange 2010.
