Web hosting provider ServerPronto announced on Monday it has established a new mission, as well as announced an all-new management team for Infolink Global Corp’s other hosting companies, including ColoPronto and CloudPronto.

The web host has significantly updated its terms of service and business procedures, which includes launching a new customer support portal and billing system.

The move is likely intended to improve ServerPronto`s hosting service for existing customers while also make a convincing appeal for new business.

This is the first major overhaul to ServerPronto’s approach to services in over five years when it discontinued its one-price-fits-all model for dedicated servers, and is now offering a new pricing plan that enables customers to customize features to suit their needs.

Infolink restructured its dedicated hosting business model and its management team to offer a more customer-oriented approach. Oddly enough, the company does not disclose the names and positions of the new hires in its press release.

The hosting company is making tactical changes, including the deployment of new billing systems and new technology solutions based on client feedback.

“The new Infolink is more responsive to the demands of the market — and the needs of our customers,” saƬd Chris Kurzweg, managing director of Infolink. “We’ve taken a hard look at our business model and we are making some aggressive moves to provide a combination of the dedicated hosting industry’s best service and best solutions. Infolink has been an industry leader since 2003 — and we’re financially stronger today than ever before. Our long-term strategic planning and new management team will ensure the Pronto family of companies stays on the cutting edge of the dedicated hosting industry while adding a human touch to the services we offer.”

As part of Infolink`s updated terms of service and business procedures, ServerPronto and its sister companies now offer telephone tech support, a seven-day money back guarantee on all services, improved order cancellation procedures, and immediate refund processing.

In order to streamline these changes, Infolink has launched a new customer support portal and billing system that makes it easier for dedicated hosting customers to manage their accounts.

In the press release, Infolink said it is “committed to providing the latest state-of-the-art technology in the dedicated server and hosting industry with the highest security measures while adding a human touch through a highly-trained customer and technical support team.”

Infolink is currently developing new managed dedicated hosting packages, cloud solutions and a hybrid cloud service.

ServerPronto currently has customers in 122 countries. The web host launched green hosting solutions in September 2010, which provides customers with ecologically-friendly hosting servers.
