Completion of the SAS 70 examination proves that selected SAVVIS processes, procedures and controls have been formally reviewed and evaluated, including the company’s security monitoring, change management, problem management, backup and environmental controls, logical and physical access.

As the definitive standard set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the SAS 70 examination analyzes a service organization’s controls in relation to an audit of the financial statements of its customers.
