Web Host ProVim Acquires Two Hosts

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – Web host and domain registrar ProVim (www.provim.net) recently announced that it has acquired IndexU Hosting (www.indexuhosting.com) enabling the company to absorb Jacob Cane Hosting (www.jacobcane.com) as well. The terms of the deal have not been released.

“This growth demonstrates our core values of strengthen and vitality,” Heid, president and CEO of ProVim Web Hosting and Development said in a statement.

With this aqcuistion, ProVim has added over 650 new accounts and 25 resellers to its server list. 

“While other hosting companies can pinpoint problems with a client’s website that it is hosted on their server traditional hosting companies can’t fix the problem,” Heid said. “We can pinpoint, diagnose and fix website problems on our servers. Plus, businesses have the option of purchasing our filter junk email service that blocks nearly all junk mail and protects computers from malware and spyware.”

ProVim’s FilterJunkEmail (formerly ProSpam) solution blocks incoming spam from the server, eliminating threats from entering the inbox or computer. ProVim currently offers a free 45 day trial of its spam filter on its website.
