(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider NaviSite (www.navisite.com) announced on Monday it has named Roger Schwanhausser the company’s senior vice president of service delivery and applications management.
In this role Schwanhausser will “lead the service delivery, applications management and professional services teams with overall responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service and accelerating the growth of applications services,” according to the press release.
Schwanhausser has significant IT management experience including 26 years at IBM Global Services.
During his tenure at IBM, he was the director of integrated technology services with P&L responsibility for technology system sales, consulting and services.
He also served as the global director for the storage and data infrastructure services division and the managing executive for the enterprise engineering consulting services division.
Schwanhausser most recently served at technology services and sourcing provider Collabera where he was the vice president of IT services.
In this position, he was responsible for overall business partner and channel development as well as enterprise solutions and software services.
