(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider myhosting.com (www.myhosting.com) announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with software vendor Pinnacle Cart (www.pinnaclecart.com) to offer a free installation and license for Pinnacle Cart eCommerce.
According to the press release, Pinnacle Cart is a customizable PHP shopping cart and eCommerce site builder.
myhosting.com says the Pinnacle Cart software-as-a-service feature will be available to all customers who subscribe to an eCommerce hosting package. The free version includes 20 products, 2 payment gateways and UPS shipping. There is also the option to upgrade to premium licensing options, according to myhosting.com. The medium plan is $24.95 per month and the pro plan is $44.95 per month. To read more about the plans, go here.
“Effective shopping cart tools are essential for eCommerce success,” Tim Attwood, product manager at myhosting.com said in a statement. “Pinnacle Cart is a professional-grade eCommerce application that allows us to increase value for our eCommerce shared hosting customers and provides them with customizable tools to create a personalized shopping cart and web store.”
According to the press release, Pinnacle Cart was created with a marketing approach and includes a user-friendly interface and features to control SEO strategies, payment methods, and shipping protocols.
