According to Liquid Web’s Monday announcements, ServerSecure will be an initial setup option on Windows hosting plans, providing many additional services and modifications to the default operating system and control panel installation. Exclusive to Liquid Web customers, the ServerSecure solution includes anti-virus protection, secure RDP, TCP hardening, DoS-Evasive, and Brute Force detection, which altogether greatly enhances the security, reliability, and compatibility of a client’s server and software.
Also, fully managed Liquid Web Linux customers can now use Liquid Web’s exclusive Heroic Support, which provides added services and tweaks to the default operating system and control panel installation to enhance the security, reliability, and compatibility of the servers and software, for both cPanel and Parallels Plesk Panel control panels.
Liquid Web said that these services would have normally cost clients hours of installation work, or the hiring of an outside systems administrator. “Your server is locked down, ready to run, as soon as you receive it,” the company said.
