July 20, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider GlobalWebBrands (globalwebbrands.com) announced on Wednesday that it has dropped the price on both its Business and Corporate Web hosting plans. The company also now offers customers the ability to pay for its services in five currencies.
Its business plan is now available for $47.40 per year, and its Corporate hosting plan – intended for designers and larger companies – is available for $95.40 per year. Domain registrations are available for $5 during account setup, and $8.50 later through the account control panel.
The changes, says GlobalWebBrands, are part of the company’s ongoing strategy to provide better services and pricing to the small and medium-sized businesses it targets.
“This is just the latest change in a long line of past and future changes that we hope will benefit our growing user base,” says GlobalWebBrands president Daniel J. Briere. “It is important to us to continuously serve our customers and to continuously improve our services and pricing.”
