October 3, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting tools provider Freewebs (freewebs.com) announced on Tuesday that it has received an award for Best Portal Site by the Web Marketing Association (webaward.org).
The Web Marketing Association’s annual WebAwards are highly coveted by Web designers and developers and distinguish the best-of-the-best in the industry, says Freewebs. Now in its 11th year, the annual WebAward competition received nominations from 2,400 sites from 40 countries in 96 industry categories and entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and use of technology.
