(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider DiscountASP.NET announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its Team Foundation Server hosting solution with managed TFS hosting services.

According to the press release, managed TFS hosting is a premium service that gives customers their own instance of TFS on a dedicated VM which is not shared with any other customer.

DiscountASP.NET says its managed TFS hosting includes source control and work item tracking and the customer also has the option for SharePoint and reporting.

According to the announcement, managed TFS hosting is available in USA-based and Europe-based data centers.

“We are expanding our TFS hosting service in part by listening to feedback from our customer surveys,” Takeshi Eto, VP marketing and business development at DiscountASP.NET said in a statement.”We heard that customers wanted more options and we are delivering on this. We will continue to improve and evolve our TFS hosting service.”

Like its shared TFS hosting solution, there is no long-term contract and customers are billed month-to-month.

In April, DiscountASP.NET extended its hosted Team Foundation Server SaaS offering to Europe.
