(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting, Web design and search engine optimization services provider Cybernautic (www.cybernauticdesign.com) announced on Thursday it is acquiring hosting provider CSM Hosting. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Customers of CSM Hosting have already had their websites migrated to Cybernautic’s cloud hosting network.
The integration of both Cybernautic and CSM Hosting was performed quickly, say the companies.
The process began on September 6 and was completed by September 30.
CSM’s customers will now continue to receive the same quality of personalized service, as well as the added benefits of the Cybernautic cloud hosting platform.
“The combination of Cybernautic’s cloud hosting platform and personalized customer support will provide CSM’s clients with outstanding Web hosting and website management services,” says Chad Parker, president and CEO of Cybernautic. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and will increase our market share specifically in Illinois and California.”
Founded in 1999, Cybernautic provides custom Web design services, Web hosting, and search engine optimization services for hundreds of customers in the United States.
The company specializes in hosting for small and medium-sized business websites.
Cybernautic partnered with The Rackspace Cloud last year to provide Web design and hosting for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’s website.
