BrainHost has introduced a new bonus structure
Web hosting provider BrainHost announced on Friday it has introduced a new bonus structure to appeal to affiliate marketers who are looking to get away from the larger hosting conglomerates and work with independent web hosts.
In a campaign called “See Ya Later Alligator”, a not-so-subtle reference to rival web host HostGator’s recent acquisition by Endurance, Brain Host makes a case to current HostGator customers to join its affiliate program for the potentially higher commissions.
“A big acquisition like what just happened with HostGator can have a huge impact on affiliates,” said Ryan Niddel, Brain Host affiliate manager. “Affiliates wonder if their commissions will go down, if the quality of support will suffer, and how the change will affect them overall. It makes a lot of affiliates nervous when there’s a big change like this.”
Brain Host’s restructured affiliate program includes customized solutions to integrate into customers’ offerings seamlessly, dedicated programming resources, high converting offers, an assigned dedicated affiliate manager for each hosting account, and bonus payouts.
Brain Host provides shared hosting services, near 100 percent server uptime, and 24-hour US-based customer support.
Customers can sign up to joine the newly restructured affiliate program at Brain Host’s website.
The news comes the same week as competing web hosting providerHostDime announced it had increased affiliate payouts for referrals.
