Web Host ASPHostPortal Now Offers Microsoft WebMatrix

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider ASPHostPortal (www.asphostportal.com) recently announced that it now  offers Microsoft WebMatrix, a Web development tool to help developers create, customize and publish websites.

According to the press release, Microsoft WebMatrix is pre-installed on the server and enables installation of various applications such as DotNetNuke and nopCommerce.

The company says that WebMatrix installs in minutes and will streamline coding, testing and deployment of any ASP.net website.

“The launch of WebMatrix hosting illustrates the power and existence of the ASPHostPortal,” Robert Kruger, CEO of ASPHostPortal said in a statement. “We are very pleased with this launch of new product for all our new and existing customer. The launch of this product signifies that we always follow the development of existing technology and we always strive to provide the best for our customers as our motto ‘do good things and good things will come to you’.”

Microsoft WebMatrix enables developers who use PHP or MySQL to download, install and configure components directly from WebMatrix, according to the press release.

“With WebMatrix technology, you will feel how easy it is to develop your website. Just start from open source web applications, built-in web templates or just start writing code yourself, very simple,” Dean Thomas, general manager of ASPHostPortal said in a statement.

Many web hosts announced their support for WebMatrix in January, shortly after Microsoft officially launched the tool.
