January 10, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Advanced Internet Technologies (ait.com) announced on Wednesday it has made significant resource increases across all its hosting plans.
The Web host has upgraded its basic shared hosting plan to include 100GB of disk space and 1000GB of data transfer. The plans start from $4.77 a month, and include hundreds of free features.
“Web hosting has become a commoditized market,” says Sean McCoy, AIT chief marketing officer. “The difference in providers for web site owners is in the value; what do they get for their monthly service fees? At AIT, every plan comes complete with tons of free stuff like virus scanning, spam and fraud protection, stats programs, tech support libraries.”
