Web Host A2 Hosting Launches New Billing and Support Portal

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – Web hosting provider A2 Hosting (www.a2hosting.com) announced on Thursday that it has launched a new integrated portal for customers to submit support requests and manage billing. 

Previously, A2 Hosting customers were required to use two separate portals different login information for each task.

The new portal is called My A2 Hosting, according to the press release. The portal is available for all current and new A2 Hosting customers.

“Our customers are very busy,” Brad Litwin marketing manager for A2 Hosting said in a statement. “Launching My A2 Hosting is the perfect time saving solution that gives our customers the ability to handle a number of tasks in one convenient, easy-to-use location.”

My A2 Hosting enables customers to submit and view statuses of support, billing and sales tickets, purchase new hosting packages, domains and SSL certificates, view and pay bills, view service bulletins and log into its cPanel control panel.

Last month, A2 Hosting added CloudFlare CDN to its services. The company offers the content delivery network solution for free to its web hosting customers.
