2bithost’s support center features a new ticketing system that enables customers to submit tickets directly to a team of technicians that are available 24 hours a day, a “smart” knowledge base that includes common questions and answers and how-to guides, integration with the new ModernBill billing system and quick links to common Web sites.
The new support center will grow as 2bithost grows. More common questions and answers will be added over time, while more links will be inserted as new features become available, such as the new Flash-based tutorials currently under development.
