The partnership will enable the companies to jointly market Web and legal services that appeal to small businesses.

LegalZoom offers services for consumers and small business owners to prepare legal documents such as living wills, prenuptial agreements, LLCs, incorporations, trademarks, copyrights and patents without the cost of an attorney. Simple menu selections and questionnaires guide customers through the process of creating customized legal documents, helping them fulfill their specific needs.

LegalZoom document prices can range from $35 to $499 depending on the level of service. All documents are reviewed for consistency and completeness before they are filed with the proper government agency.
