January 7, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Voxtreme UK (voxtreme.co.uk) announced earlier this week that it has reduced the pricing of its UK-based reseller hosting plans and is offering prizes to new customers signing up for the service.

With the new pricing, the Plan One reseller plan, which includes 2GB of disc space and 20GB of bandwidth, is now priced at £25 per month. The company said readers of the Web Host Industry Review are eligible to receive an additional 25 percent discount by entering “WHIR” as the promotional code.

“Everyone that signs up to voxtreme.co.uk will be entered into three prize draws, in which many fabulous prizes can be won. People need do nothing more than just sign up and use our service,” says Matthew Russell, CEO of Voxtreme UK. “We are positive that users will be extremely pleased with our service and if they win a prize in the prize draws too then this is an added bonus. We also decided to re-evaluate our pricing given the current strength of the British Pound and decided that we would reduce pricing to make our services more affordable to those outside of the UK.”

The company also announced that it is donating 10 percent of the revenue generated through the prize competition to the Asian tsunami relief effort.
