May 13, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Content delivery services provider VitalStream (vitalstream.com) announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Mark Belzowski as chief financial officer, replacing the outgoing CFO Kevin Herzog. The appointment is effective May 17, 2004.

VitalStream says Belzowski will provide overall direction to the finance department and play a role in any strategic financial objectives including mergers and acquisitions, equity raises and exchange listings.

Prior to joining VitalStream, Belzowski was chief financial officer at wireless technology developer Universal Electronics Inc., where he was responsible for all areas of finance and administration. Prior to joining Universal Electronics, Belzowski was vice president and controller in the Turner Entertainment Group.
