November 5, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- VIA NET.WORKS USA, a managed hosting company based in Atlanta and subsidiary of VIA NET.WORKS, Inc. (vianetworks.com) , said on Tuesday that it is relocating its Atlanta data center to a new facility north of the the city.

The company said the new facility is designed to accommodate the growth of both VIA USA and its customers.

"We are pleased to have reached this milestone in our growth, thanks to our customers," said Brian Easter, product manager at VIA NET.WORKS USA. "We want to continue to prove our value to them by always striving to offer better services and demonstrate to our potential customers that VIA USA can provide the best solution for organizations of all sizes. As your business grows, we can grow with you."

The new facility, according to the company, will deliver unlimited hosting space, multiple redundancies, physical site security, environmental controls, guaranteed temperature control, fire suppression and disaster recovery measures.

The data center facility in Atlanta was built in 1997.
