Verus says it has supplied the 98-bed hospital with a customized Web site through its Verus VSite development tool. The hospital was able to choose colors and design, as well as a number of applications. Duncan?s Web site, says Verus, incorporates 10 applications, including job postings, a physician directory, health resources on the Web, hospital news postings, community class listings, A to Z hospital services, an online nursery and an online gift shop.

One of a number of Verus services, says the company, the VSite is designed to offer health care organizations a cost-effective method for developing high quality interactive Web sites. Sites, says Verus, can be up and running within 30 days, and are provided with hosting and ongoing maintenance by Verus.
