Division has released Telemate 5.0, which the company is calling the

industry’s first converged reporting solution to support multi-customer
r
reporting for shared VoIP infrastructures.

Telemate’s 5.0 reporting solution enables Cisco’s CiscoWorks Voice Manager
r
to provide carriers and large enterprises with individual call accounting
r
reports, by network or customer group. By enabling multi-customer support on
r
a single VoIP network, Verso’s solution will help deliver critical billing
r
and reporting information to their customers. Building on an agreement
r
established between Cisco Systems and Telemate.Net in March of 2000, CVM is
r
Cisco’s second generation network performance management tool using
r
Telemate.Net’s patented technology.

In September of this year, Telemate.Net announced that it had been awarded a
r
patent from the United States Patent Office for its converged voice and data
r
resource management technology, which is driving its VoIP reporting
r
solution. The solution collects detailed user information from multiple IP
r
and circuit-switched network resources and maps the converged information to
r
a directory of users where individual telecom costs can be assigned.

Additionally, new Web-based reporting tools simplify the critical task of
r
data distribution and bill presentation. With a Web browser, users can
r
access online tools that assist in creating and viewing real-time usage
r
reports online. Telemate 5.0 provides over 200 out-of-the-box reports and
r
includes functionality that enables users to create custom reports that help
r
measure and manage network resource usage and quality of service.
