The VIP Program, says VeriSign, is the result of the company?s renewed commitment to establishing the industry?s best tools for managing domain name registrations. The new tools allow customers to manage registrations across multiple accounts, easily submit bulk renewals, quickly make name changes and transfers, consolidate disparate accounts and access the system through a secure log-in.

VIP customers have access to a dedicated team of customer service representatives, day and night. These representatives are dedicated to working only with VIP customers and are experts in the specific issues relating to high-volume domain registration customers.

“We’ve been listening to our customers, and they have told us that they want three things from a Web services provider: the latest and best online tools to manage their accounts; fast and efficient customer support to answer their questions whenever they arise and reliable; dependable service.” says John Donoghue, senior vice president of VeriSign’s Web Presence unit. “The VIP Program was developed to address each of these items by building the best online tools and providing VIP customers access to our specially trained customer service representatives who are experts on the needs of our largest customers.”
