VeriSign Email Security Service, launched in June of last year and upgraded last week, comes with triple-layer spam filtering, multi-engine virus scanning, policy enforcement, disaster recovery and quarantine access to enable users to determine the legitimacy of suspicious email. The new enhancements include simplified administration, content and policy filtering, spam filtering and preemptive virus protection.
