There are currently nine service packages available providing government agencies a selection of appropriate hosting and managed solutions, IT services, and hardware solutions.

An entry-level solution package for smaller agencies operating a Web site with static content, offers a single server bundle with managed services such as security, monitoring and storage. A higher-end solution package for larger agencies running dynamic-content Web sites with heavy graphics and streaming media, offers a multi-server environment coupled with advanced managed services, load balancing for Web servers and database clustering software.
