(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Online business solutions provider Verio (www.verio.com) has announced the availability of Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2010 for its viaVerio partners, helping these channel partners distinguish themselves as some of just a handful of providers in the world offering this new solution.
According to Verio’s Tuesday announcement at its viaVerio Partner Summit, Verio’s Hosted Exchange 2010 offering provides the basis for a complete business-class email solution.

Officially launched on November 9, 2009, Hosted Exchange 2010 includes calendar and scheduling features that give users the ability to instantly view when all members are available rather than emailing back and forth to schedule a meeting or appointment. It lets users share email, address books, calendars, tasks, mobile email and more company-wide between one or multiple offices, as well as use tasks to instantly assign to-do items company-wide and assign tasks without having to send notes and email to check availability. Exchange 2010 users can integrate and sync wireless email and applications on their iPhone, Blackberry and other Smart Phones using ActiveSync for free or Blackberry mobile messaging for just a few dollars more.

Verio’s 25GB Hosted Exchange 2010 plans includes bonus features including a company disclaimer service that adds a signature or legal disclaimer to all email sent outside of the organization. It also features email archiving using a third-party service provider, a message mirror service so that users can monitor and organize messages for compliance with company email policies.
Verio also features Active Directory Synchronization, which gives users the ability to constantly synchronize on-premise Active Directory user data with Verio’s Hosted Exchange Active Directory using DirectoryLink. Users can maintain the same contact information, password and other user-related information — and simply import it to Verio’s Exchange infrastructure.
