VeriCenter said the acquisition also includes a marketing agreement, under which it will provide services to Sprint customers as a preferred managed hosting partner.

DellHost (dellhost.com), the Web hosting business Sprint acquired from Dell in 2001, told customers in late December that it was selling its assets to VeriCenter.
