The report says UUNet has 151 listings on the spammers block list (SBL). The second highest ranking company is chinanet-qd with 81 entries. Chinanet-qd also hosts the worst spammer on Spamhaus’ ROSKO list of known spam operations.

Spamhaus also released a top ten list of service providers hosting the largest number of spammers. Following UUNet and chinanet-qd at the top were korenet.net, above.net and chinanet-cq in positions three to five. Level3.net, exodus.net, hinet.net, cw.net and interbusiness.it rounded out the top ten.
